CITY OF CORYDON
SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION COUNCIL MEETING
Thursday, June 11, 2020

The special session council meeting of the Corydon City Council was called to order by Mayor Dennis Moorman at 5:30 p.m. Present were council members Rodgers, Rupe, Holmes, Bennett and Rodgers. Others in attendance were City Clerk Eva Moore and City Attorney Verle Norris.
The council conducted a closed session pursuant to the Iowa Open Meeting Law, Section 21.5(1)(c) to discuss strategy with council regarding matters that are presently in litigation.
Bennett made the motion to proceed to closed session. Christian seconded. Ayes: Rodgers, Rupe, Holmes, Bennett and Christian. Nays: none.
Christian made the motion to come out of closed session. Rupe seconded. Ayes: Rodgers, Rupe, Holmes, Bennett and Christian. Nays: none.
Christian made the motion to defend the appeal to the Iowa Workforce Development Board on behalf of the City of Corydon. Bennett seconded. Ayes: Rodgers, Rupe, Holmes, Bennett and Christian. Nays: none.
The meeting was adjourned.
