CITY OF CORYDON
SPECIAL SESSION COUNCIL MEETING
Saturday, February 22, 2020

The special session council meeting of the Corydon City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro-Tem Nathan Bennett at 9:00 a.m. Present were council members Rodgers, Christian, Rupe, and Holmes. Others in attendance were city crew member Brandon Trower and Rhonda Bennett from the Times Republican.

The council discussed employee discipline. Rupe made a motion to accept the terms of employee discipline as recommended by the Mayor. Holmes seconded. Ayes-Rodgers, Christian, Rupe, Holmes, and Bennett.

Holmes made the motion to approve the minutes from the February 6th meeting, but to strike through the bank signature section. Rodgers seconded. Ayes- Rodgers, Christian, Rupe, Holmes, and Bennett.

Christian made the motion to approve the Clerk’s report with exception of software error, pending review, correction, and a resolution of said discrepancy. Holmes seconded. Ayes- Rodgers, Christian, Rupe, Holmes, and Bennett.

Christian made the motion to approve new employee, Eva Moore, and council member, Nathan Bennett, to be approved signatures for the Corydon State Bank checking account. Rodgers seconded. Ayes- Rodgers, Christian, Rupe, and Holmes. Abstained – Bennett.

Under good cause business new water valves and paint for the pool were discussed.

The meeting was adjourned.
